Hotel Kolums is located in the center of Liepaja, Kuršu street 32, 500m from Jurmala Park and 750m from Liepāja beach. The hotel was built in 2006 with a total area of 2214.9 m2. The hotel currently has 30 rooms, a conference room for up to 80 people, recently renovated restaurant, sauna, and billiard room. In hotels property are plots of land with and without buildings (see picture with land borders). Next to courtyard is an existing building that already have renovation project with all construction permits from municipality. According to project, 25 rooms and two apartments are planned in the building. Near both buildings, also 1700 m2 plot of land is available on which commercial construction is allowed according to the city planning regulations.
